ARRIVAL DAYS
FRIDAY AND SUNDAY ARRIVALS - Our Lodge turn over days are Fridays and Sundays. We provide a pick up service at Perisher, from the Skitude Terminus (if you arrive at normal arrival times during the day). If arriving by train please phone the manager from Bullocks Flat to arrange a time for this transport. If arriving by car please give the manager plenty of notice to meet you. If the manager is unable to pick you up due to unforeseen circumstances, taxis are available from Hans Oversnow.
OTHER DAY ARRIVALS - For Members and guests that arrive during the week (and not on our turnover days), pick up is NOT guaranteed, taxis are available from Hans Oversnow. PICK UPS CAN ONLY BE MADE IF PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE DIRECT WITH THE MANAGER.
AFTERNOON SKI PICK-UP
Ski pick up is usually 4:00pm. If you leave your walking shoes in the large green bag in the entry area in the mornings then your skis and boots can be taken back to the lodge for you. Please check with management where the pick up point will be each day.
SECURITY
The lodge is fully secure and all exits and entrances remain locked from the outside at all times. Entry is by the main front stairs and you will require the password entry code for the door security keypad. This entry code is changed regularly for extra security and you should obtain this code by contacting the Manager prior to your arrival 02 64575281
ROOMS
As our members are aware the rooms have two three quarter beds (or pushed together to make a King). Each room has its own en-suite and all linen and pillows are provided. Each room has its own heating control. The NPWS limit the number of people per room according to our lease (two people per room).
SHARING A ROOM: Families with an "odd" number of people (eg 3 and 5 family members) and individuals must appreciate that due to the limited number of beds one member of the family or that individual MAY be sharing a room (depending on availability). Every effort is made for your comfort.
CHILDREN
Children (0 to 5 year olds) facilities are limited, guests are respectfully requested to control their children at all times. All children under 5 years of age can have their own rooms, but only if no other adult is booked for the same period. People over 5 years of age get priority of room and children under 5 must then share a room with their parents.
SMOKING POLICY - There is no smoking anywhere within the lodge.

MEAL TIMES
Please note that meal times may be subject to change by the manager according to the circumstances in the lodge during the week, but generally they are:
BREAKFAST 7:30am - 9:00am
LUNCH light lunch (self service food is available)
APPERTISERS from 5:00pm
DINNER 7:00pm (special arrangements for children's dinner can be made)

Beverage Selected Beer, wine, mixes & soft drinks are available, while the food is included in your accommodation price, beverages are provided at a reasonable charge
PLEASE NOTE THAT MANAGEMENT HAS ONE NIGHT OFF DURING THE WEEK. Self-service food will be made available by management for this evening. You can also take advantage of the local restaurants. The Management is happy to arrange any restaurant bookings for you and during the season we usually make special arrangements with some restaurants (management can inform you upon your arrival). There is also pizza delivery, which can be arranged for you.
CHECKOUT DAY
Please vacate your room directly after breakfast on your day of check out. There will be space to store your luggage and a shower and bathroom facilities will be available if you wish to stay and ski the day of your departure. You can obtain transport for luggage all day on the usual change over days (please give management plenty of notice when you require this service).
ENTERTAINMENT & SERVICES, CD’s, DVD’s and VIDEOS
There is a CD player, Tape Player and Television (satellite) with DVD & VCR available. All guests are most welcome to bring their own CD’s, Tapes, DVD’s and Videos. We ask that when playing CD’s, Tapes DVD’s and Videos you consider the other guests and in particular please make sure that when children are in the lodge, these should be suitable.
In recent years we have had some members taking their work with them and using mobile phones and computers in the common areas. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A HOLIDAY LODGE AND USE OF COMPUTERS AND PHONES IN THE COMMON AREAS SHOULD BE RESTRICTED TO ENTERTAINMENT ONLY. WORKING IN THE COMMON AREAS IS FROWNED UPON AND IT IS REQUESTED THAT MEMBERS USE THE PRIVACY OF THEIR ROOMS IF THEY HAVE WORK TO DO.The common areas are for the use of all members on holiday and it is unreasonable to request children and other members to restrict noise because someone is working.
