Priorities

IMPORTANT NOTE ON PRIORITY OF BOOKINGS

Priority 1.

All Active Members - this includes all children
of the member up to the age of 21 years old

Priority 2.

The spouse and children (over 21 years old) of members

Priority 3.

Members of the Australian Golf Club

Priority 4.

Guests of members (these will be classed
temporary members during their stay).

WEEKLY BOOKINGS EARLY BOOKINGS FOR THE SEASON - All bookings will be taken from members from the commencement of the booking period each season. If the booking if less than a week, the booking will be taken as a PENCIL booking only meaning that a week booking will get priority for those dates. All PENCIL bookings will be CONFIRMED bookings on the commencement of the season usually the long weekend in June.

Special priority - CHILDREN

All children under 5 years of age can have their own rooms, but
only if no other adult (or any other person over 5) is booked for the same
period. If there is any booking for people over 5 years of age
they get priority of room and children under 5 must then share a
room with their parents.

The above priorities should be read in conjunction with
the accommodation booking priorities outlined below, and the rates
for the season.

BOOKING PRECEDENCE 1. SUNDAY TO SUNDAY

ACTIVE MEMBERS (Priority 1. and 2.) weekly bookings (Including
members children)

BOOKING PRECEDENCE 2. Five days MONDAY to FRIDAY

ACTIVE MEMBERS (Priority 1. and 2.) week day bookings (including
members children)

BOOKING PRECEDENCE 3.

AUSTRALIAN GOLF CLUB MEMBERS weekly bookings

BOOKING PRECEDENCE 4.

ALL OTHER BOOKINGS (Priority 4.)

Including Weekend bookings
