Terms and Cancellation Details

1. Payments - Deposit:

A confirmation will be sent once the booking is made. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking is required within 14 days of confirmation to hold your booking. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you receive your confirmation notice.

2. Balance of Payment:

Notifications of Final Balances are posted one month before arrival. Balance of payment must be made ONE CALENDAR MONTH prior to arrival. Failure to do so may result in your booking not being held, however you will always be notified before this event.

3. Cancellations: (SEE CHART BELOW)

No cancellation fees will be charged for any booking cancelled which can be filled or taken up by someone else, however

(a) if the booking is not filled and it is cancelled less than 45 days but more than 30 days prior to arrival, a 20% cancellation fee of the total cost, will apply,

(b) if the booking is not filled and it is cancelled within 30 days prior to your arrival there will be a cancellation fee of 45% of the total cost.

(c) if the booking is not filled and it is cancelled within two weeks prior to your arrival there will be a cancellation fee of 70% of the total cost.

4. Active Membership:

Booking priority cannot be accepted unless full active membership is paid. The active membership subscription for each member, will entitle that member and members family to a member discount.

5. School Holiday Bookings:

The terms and conditions for payment for school holiday bookings are the same as abovementioned, however bookings will only be taken on the completion of the "School Holiday Booking Form".
