Accommodation is only available to members of The AGC Ski Lodge, Members of The Australian Golf Club and their guests
The lodge has 9 rooms that sleep 2 people in either a king single twin or king bed configuration, Children under 5 can stay in the room with thier parents. Bookings for guests of members can only be made by members of the AGC Ski Lodge or a member of The Australain Golf club. The member must take responsibility for the guests paying thier account.
2021 Season Rates for Introduced Guests can only be obtained after member login.
FRIDAY AND SUNDAY ARRIVALS
Our Lodge turn over days are Fridays and Sundays.
For these turnover days we provide a free luggage pick up service at Perisher, from the Skitude Terminus. If arriving by train please phone the manager from Bullocks Flat to arrange a time for this transport. If arriving by car please call the manager from JIndabyne. Note we cannot accept any arrivals prior to 2pm.
PICK UPS CAN ONLY BE MADE IF PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE DIRECT WITH THE MANAGER.
If the manager is unavailable, oversnow taxis are available from Hans Oversnow until 10pm, no booking is required.
AFTERNOON SKI PICK-UP
Ski pick up is usually 4:00pm. The times may change from week to week however the manager will inform you of any changes. If you leave your walking shoes in the large green bag in the entry area in the mornings they will be dropped off to you in the afternoon then your skis and boots can be taken back to the lodge for you. The pickup point is about 20metres from the skitube side of the walking bridge between the Perisher Centre and the Skitube. Look for the Polaris Ranger.
The lodge is fully secure. All exits and entrances remain locked from the outside at all times. Entry is by the main front stairs only and you will require the password entry code for the door security keypad. This entry code is changed regularly for extra security and you should obtain this code by contacting the Manager prior to your arrival 0411 172969 or the lodge 02 64575281 Each room can be locked individually however the Manager retains the keys to avoid any keys being lost on the snow. There are also cct cameras.
WiFi is available in the lodge. The network is private so you will need to get the password from Tracy. Note the service in Perisher can be unreliable at times due to heavy use and low bandwidth in the resort so please avoid streaming of movies etc and only use the wifi for basics.
The rooms have
(a) A Split King bed. Can be converted to king or twin.
(b) their own en-suite.
(c) all linen and pillows are provided.
(d) their own heating control which is on a timer system so during the day it is off. There is a blow heater in each room if you are in during the day and need to use it.
(e) hairdryer and body soap are provided but please note we do not provide shampoo/conditioner or other personal toiletry items
The NPWS and our lease limit the number of people per room to two (2) people except for children 5 and under.
SHARING A ROOM
Families with a child 5 and under are expected to be in the one room.
For School Holidays families with three children will probably find that their children may be sharing one room. Every effort is made for your comfort.
For 0 to 5 year olds facilities are limited, guests are respectfully requested to monitor and clean up after their children at all times. If there is space available once the booking has commenced children under 5 years of age may have their own rooms however the full room charge will always apply. The manager will inform you if this is possible once you arrive.
There is no smoking anywhere within the lodge. Smokers are welcome to use our balcony, as long as butts are disposed of properly and all doors and windows nearby are closed so it does not affect anyone else.

Please note that meal times may be subject to change by the manager according to the circumstances in the lodge during the week, but generally they are 6pm for children (14 and under) 7pm for adults.
Beverage: The lodge is not licensed however as a service to our members a selection of beer, wine, mixers & soft drinks are available. While the food is included in your accommodation price, the cost of beverages is to be reimbursed and paid to our manager prior leaving, preferably in cash.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED THURSDAY NIGHT.
There are several local restaurants to choose from eg: The White Spider, The Marritz, Snowgums, The Dining Room in the Man From Snowy River Hotel. The Management is happy to arrange any restaurant bookings for you. The Man from Snowy River also has casual pub style dining and a great takeaway menu which require no advanced bookings.
Please vacate your room directly after breakfast on your day of check out, by 930am at the latest please. You can obtain transport for luggage on the usual change over days – FRIDAY and SUNDAY, for any other departure day you may have to arrange Hans Oversnow or make prior arrangements with Tracy.
ENTERTAINMENT & SERVICES
There is a CD player, Television (satellite) available. Please consider the other guests when playing music and in particular please make sure that when children are in the lodge movies etc should be suitable for the age groups present. Apres music is usually on at a couple of the local bars after skiing 4-6pm.
WORKING IN THE COMMON AREAS
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A HOLIDAY LODGE AND USE OF PHONES, COMPUTERS, TABLETS ETC IN THE COMMON AREAS SHOULD BE RESTRICTED TO ENTERTAINMENT ONLY AND AS QUIETLY AS POSSIBLE.
THE USE OF ELECTRONIC ITEMS IN THE COMMON AREAS IS PROHIBITED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES.
Electronic equipment used for entertainment is acceptable provided that the quiet enjoyment of the other lodge users is not affected. We respectfully request that if it is necessary to use computers or mobile phones that their use be restricted to the privacy of your own room. The common areas are for the use of all members on holiday and it is unreasonable to request children and other members to restrict noise because someone is working. The quiet enjoyment of members and their guests on vacation is a primary objective of lodge policy.
